BALI introduces expert dispute resolution support at GroundsFest 2026

BALI is introducing an ‘Ask The Experts’ feature at GroundsFest 2026 to provide business support regarding conflict management. The initiative features the independent Dispute Resolution Ombudsman (DRO), who will be available at stand L68 for informal conversations.

Visitors can discuss customer complaints, difficult disagreements, or potential conflicts to receive independent insight and practical guidance. For BALI members, access to the DRO is a standard membership benefit, while the event also serves as an opportunity for non-members to learn about industry support services.
