Bali officials discuss legal services and international bartender competition

The Bali Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights is exploring a strategic partnership with the Bali High Prosecutor's Office to expand legal service access to rural villages. During an audience between Regional Head I Gusti Putu Milawati and High Prosecutor Setiawan Budi Cahyono, discussions focused on intellectual property, general legal administration, and legislative development. A key initiative mentioned is the zero-tariff policy for copyright registration, aimed at supporting creative workers and the local economy.

Separately, three Balinese bartenders—Gede Rico Hardiana Widnyana, I Wayan Eka Darmawan, and I Kadek Suniantara—are preparing to compete in the FOOD TOWN Flair Challenge IV in Poland this November. The group aims to showcase Balinese creativity and promote local Arak Bali internationally. This follows the recent success of Gede Rico Hardiana Widnyana, who secured second place at The TDuB World Championship in Las Vegas, Nevada.
