Bali United coach Johnny Jansen prepares squad rotation for dual competitions

Bali United FC head coach Johnny Jansen is preparing for a demanding 2026/27 season as the club competes in both the BRI Super League and the League Cup. To manage the dense schedule and prevent player fatigue, Jansen is considering squad rotation while aiming to field the best possible lineup for every match.

In the League Cup, Bali United is placed in Group J of East Zone 2 alongside PS Barito Putera and Persiba Balikpapan. Jansen emphasized that the coaching staff will monitor player fitness closely, working with performance coaches to decide on team compositions on a match-by-match basis.

Currently, Bali United sits in third place in the BRI Super League standings with nine points after four matches, trailing leaders Persija Jakarta by three points.
