Indonesia expands mobile vehicle tax (Samsat Keliling) service to Jakarta, Depok and Bali

Indonesia's traffic police directorate has deployed its mobile vehicle tax service, known as Samsat Keliling, across 14 locations in Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi on Thursday, offering residents the ability to pay annual motor vehicle tax (PKB) on‑site. Required documents include the owner's ID, vehicle registration certificate (STNK) and ownership book (BPKB). The service only processes annual PKB; five‑year tax payments and license‑plate replacements must still be handled at a regular Samsat office.

A separate Samsat Keliling schedule was announced for Bali on 7 July 2026, with mobile units operating in Denpasar (Mall Living World), Gianyar (Jaba Pura Penataran Sasih Pejeng, Tampaksiring), Karangasem (Kantor Desa Bunutan, Abang), Tabanan (Lapangan Umum Desa Beraban) and Jembrana. Operating hours run from 08:00 to 12:00 local time, providing the same PKB payment services to motorists throughout the province.
