Balkan Cultural Exhibitions Highlight Friendship in Zenica and Sculpture in Kragujevac

On 15 June, the Bosnian National Theatre in Zenica opened the exhibition “Friendship That Knows No Borders”. Organized by youth groups from Zenica and Foča, the show presents photographs, letters, books and other personal items that illustrate how friendships survive distance and social division. The event is part of the UN‑funded Furaj mir peace‑building programme and will run free to the public until 2 July.

Later that week, the Gallery “Mostovi Balkana” in Kragujevac, Serbia, launched a sculpture exhibition by Zoran Krička. The display, which runs until 30 June, features marble, wood, rope and metal works that explore natural forms and boundary‑crossing themes. Krička, a Serbian artist originally from Šibenik, is known for blending lyrical expression with sculptural innovation.
