Balkan singers Nada Topčagić and Neda Ukraden showcase extensive real estate holdings

Regional singers Nada Topčagić and Neda Ukraden have garnered attention for their extensive real estate portfolios across the Balkans.

Nada Topčagić owns three apartments in Belgrade, including a 150-square-meter luxury duplex in the Kosančićev Venac area. Although she rents out her Belgrade properties, she recently moved out of the central duplex due to urban congestion and parking issues. She intends to keep the property for her son and daughter-in-law. Additionally, she maintains a renovated house on Mount Tara, where she grows organic food and produces homemade rakija.

Neda Ukraden possesses multiple properties in Serbia, Croatia, and Montenegro. In Belgrade, she owns a large luxury apartment in an elite neighborhood and two smaller properties on Banovo Brdo. Her international holdings include an apartment in Zagreb, a house in Imotski, and a villa in Boka Kotorska, Montenegro, which serves as a summer retreat.
