It is followed by Bucharest (Romania), Tirana (Albania), Belgrade (Serbia) and Trenčín (Slovakia). Lower living expenses, reduced tourist pressure and cheaper accommodation drive the price advantage, offering travelers up to three times the value of visits to Western capitals such as Paris or London.

For Slovene visitors, the destinations are reachable by car, low‑cost flights or rail, allowing short trips without high transport costs.
