Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality welcomes new university students

Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality has launched an initiative to welcome new university students to the city. Through information stands established at the bus terminal and Balıkesir University Çağış Campus, municipal teams are providing guidance to students, particularly those arriving in the city for the first time.

Staff members are offering information regarding local transportation, city life, municipal services, and various sporting activities. The initiative, managed by the Department of Youth and Sports Services, aims to help students feel secure and integrated into the community by providing refreshments and practical guidance to ease their transition into academic life.
