Bally’s Intralot extends Irish lottery contract and sees Deutsche Bank acquire shares

Bally’s Intralot announced that its subsidiary Intralot Ireland Limited has signed a seven‑year extension of its partnership with Premier Lotteries Ireland (PLI), the operator of the Irish National Lottery, pushing the contract out to November 2034. The agreement calls for modernising PLI’s technology platform with the next‑generation LotosX Omni solution, the PlayerX account‑management system, and cloud‑based services that include cyber‑security support for the first year. "We are proud to renew our long‑term partnership with Premier Lotteries Ireland for another seven years," said Robeson Reeves, CEO of Bally’s Intralot.

Separately, Deutsche Bank AG purchased 1,908,809 Bally’s Intralot shares for a total of €2.18 million, raising its holding to 4,818,394 shares, or 0.258 % of the company’s equity. Under the terms of the earlier swap agreement, the bank will transfer these shares back to Bally’s Intralot at settlement, converting them into treasury shares.
