Balneário Camboriú advances urban infrastructure and road works

Infrastructure projects are advancing in Balneário Camboriú through various urban development initiatives. In the Centro neighborhood, the Secretariat of Works is installing a 125-meter drainage network on Rua 100. This project includes the installation of 40-centimeter piping and 16 storm drains between Avenida Central and Avenida Terceira to mitigate flooding and prepare the ground for future paving.

Simultaneously, the Secretariat of Planning and Urban Development has reached a milestone in the expansion of Avenida Prefeito Meirinho in the Bairro dos Municípios. The demolition of the final residence in the expropriated area has cleared the path for continuous infrastructure and paving services. The project, which covers a 330-meter segment between Rua Blumenau and Rua Concórdia, aims to improve regional mobility by incorporating accessible sidewalks, bike lanes, LED lighting, and landscaping.
