Balneário Camboriú architecture and luxury real estate developments

Balneário Camboriú is seeing significant developments in luxury architecture and high-end real estate. The La Città project, developed by GT Home, is being designed by the Italian studio Pininfarina. While often compared to Ferrari due to Pininfarina’s history of designing many of the brand's models, the building has no official link to the car manufacturer. The project features 52 floors and is part of a growing trend of branded residences in the region.

Additionally, the Auris Residenze, a “tree-building” project designed by Marco Casamonti of Archea Associati, has been named a finalist for the Architecture Hunter Awards 2026. The project, developed by Grupo Fischer, features a concrete structure with wood tones and suspended planters to create a vertical tree effect. The building is planned to stand over 130 meters tall with one apartment per floor.
