Balneário Camboriú construction fair attracts 20,000 visitors, drives R$300 million in deals
The third Construsul BC exhibition was held from May 26‑29 at the Expocentro in Balneário Camboriú, drawing more than 20,000 attendees and generating upwards of R$300 million in business. Over 200 exhibitors displayed products and services across construction, finishing, sustainability and safety, while participants came from 23 Brazilian states and countries such as China, Italy, Paraguay, Venezuela, the Bahamas and Andorra. The event featured more than 50 hours of technical content, including seminars and workshops on electric mobility, digital construction tools and work‑site safety, and introduced the new Construsul circuit and a dedicated business‑matching round.
Separately, Acomac Joinville organized a delegation of 12 construction‑material entrepreneurs to travel to New Delhi for the Bharat Buildcon 2026 trade fair from June 18‑21. The group, led by Acomac president Marcos Arnault, will attend the international exhibition to explore innovative products, meet suppliers and assess market opportunities in India, which the participants consider a fast‑growing construction market. The trip, supported by the Indian government’s International Buyer Project, aims to bring back knowledge and contacts that can benefit the Brazilian construction sector and Acomac’s members.
