Balneário Camboriú faces rain and traffic disruptions
Balneário Camboriú is facing a week of unstable weather and significant traffic disruptions due to ongoing infrastructure projects.
According to Epagri/Ciram, rain is expected throughout the week, with a 100% probability of precipitation forecasted for Tuesday and Wednesday. Temperatures are expected to remain relatively cool, with maximums near 20°C. The instability is driven by low-pressure systems near the coast.
Simultaneously, several road closures and partial interdictions are in effect due to drainage works, electrical network services, and material unloading. Notable disruptions include total closures at the intersection of Avenida Brasil and Rua 1300 for macro-drainage works, as well as various partial closures on Avenida Normando Tedesco, Avenida do Estado, and Rua 4000. Authorities noted that heavy rain may lead to the cancellation of some scheduled maintenance services.
