Balneário Camboriú introduces Morar BC housing program

The municipal government of Balneário Camboriú has introduced the ‘Morar BC’ program, an initiative designed to facilitate access to adequate housing for low and middle-income families. The program was presented to local business, commercial, and union representatives to explain its practical implementation and address questions.

Mayor Juliana Pavan stated that the project aims to foster a sense of belonging within the city. The next step involves submitting a bill to the City Council for debate and potential refinement. Olnear Ceccatto, Secretary of Planning and Urban Development, noted that the project is an innovative urban operation focused exclusively on housing, following recent revisions to the Master Plan.
