Baltimore man accused of raping two 13-year-old girls

Malik Hassan Allen, 20, has been arrested and charged with rape, assault, and sexual abuse following allegations involving two 13-year-old girls in Baltimore. Court records indicate the assaults allegedly occurred in May and August 2025.

One victim reported that Allen assaulted her while she was sleeping in a basement, an attack that reportedly ended only when a family member called his name. Prosecutors state that Allen threatened the victim to prevent her from reporting the abuse. DNA analysis has confirmed that Allen is the biological father of a child born to one of the victims.

Allen is the son of Hassan Giordano, the chief of external affairs for the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office. Due to a potential conflict of interest, the case has been referred to Baltimore County prosecutors. Allen is currently held without bond and is scheduled for a pretrial conference on October 1.
