Baltimore Ravens await NFL decision on Rashod Bateman arrest

Baltimore Ravens general manager Eric DeCosta stated on Wednesday that the team is awaiting the results of an NFL investigation regarding the arrest of wide receiver Rashod Bateman.

Bateman was arrested in Georgia in June on suspicion of misdemeanor family violence battery and reckless conduct, as well as a felony charge for criminal damage to property. DeCosta noted that the organization notified the league immediately upon learning of the incident and expressed disappointment regarding the situation.

The team is currently taking a “wait-and-see approach” while both the league and legal authorities complete their processes. DeCosta indicated there is no current timeline for when the investigation will conclude.
