Baltimore Ravens guard Vega Ioane suffers knee injury

Baltimore Ravens rookie guard Vega Ioane suffered an MCL sprain during the team’s 35-13 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. Ioane, a first-round pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, was ruled out during the first quarter of the game.

While the injury is described as short-term rather than catastrophic, Ioane is expected to miss some time. His absence further complicates an offensive line that has struggled with injuries throughout the season; the team will use its sixth different starting offensive line combination of the year when they play Buffalo.

The injury comes at a difficult time for Baltimore, as quarterback Lamar Jackson was also sidelined for the game due to an ankle injury.
