Baltimore Ravens move Hakeem Adeniji to reserve list, sign OT Kendall Lamm

The Baltimore Ravens placed offensive tackle Hakeem Adeniji on the reserve/retired list on Sunday, citing a personal decision that the team will not elaborate on. Adeniji, 28, had been signed only eight days earlier to provide depth on the offensive line after a career that included stints with the Cincinnati Bengals, Minnesota Vikings, Cleveland Browns and a brief appearance with the Dallas Cowboys.

To fill the roster spot, the Ravens announced the signing of veteran offensive tackle Kendall Lamm. Lamm, 34, brings 44 career starts and experience with the Miami Dolphins, Tennessee Titans, Cleveland Browns and other teams. He is expected to compete for a backup role behind starters Ronnie Stanley and Roger Rosengarten and to give the team additional flexibility during preseason and the regular season.
