Bamberg and Kipfenberger Straße face traffic disruptions

Bamberg will experience various road and parking space closures from September 29 to October 10 due to film production. Specific areas affected include Am Leinritt near the Technical Town Hall and Herrenstraße, where replacement parking has been designated at Schweinfurter Straße and Vorderer Bach, respectively. Additionally, interval closures will occur on Untere Sandstraße and Residenzstraße, causing temporary traffic disruptions.

In another regional development, construction on Kipfenberger Straße near Eichstätt has been delayed until December 18. The delay follows the discovery of an old tar road and insufficient stability in the embankment. To mitigate the impact on residents and school bus services, a new traffic management plan will be implemented starting October 5, allowing school buses to utilize specific routes through the Bereitschaftspolizei grounds and Eichendorffstraße.
