Bambini Foundation hosts regional violence prevention workshop in Neum

The Bambini Foundation organized an educational workshop titled ‘Safe School – Together Against Violence’ in Neum on August 25, 2026. The event focused on preventing physical, psychological, peer, family, and electronic violence to create a safer environment for children and youth.

The workshop brought together experts and various sports clubs from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the surrounding region, including VK Sisak, YBL Budapest from Hungary, VK KPK from Korčula, Leotar Trebinje, Slavia Praha from the Czech Republic, and HVK Jadran Neum.

Key topics included the prevention of peer violence and social media abuse, the importance of early recognition of risky behaviors, and the inclusion of children with developmental disabilities. Discussions also addressed supporting single parents and individuals in socially vulnerable circumstances, emphasizing non-violent communication and empathy.
