Bamboo Capital board member resigns amid delisting and reporting delays

Vo Van Dung, an independent member of the Board of Directors at Bamboo Capital Group (BCG), has submitted his resignation for personal reasons. Having been appointed in late 2025, Dung requested that the Board and General Meeting of Shareholders approve his departure for the 2025-2030 term. The company has not yet announced a replacement.

Bamboo Capital is currently facing significant regulatory challenges. The group has failed to meet its financial disclosure obligations, with overdue audited financial statements for 2024 and 2025, as well as various quarterly and semi-annual reports for 2025 and early 2026. Additionally, the company's status as a public company was revoked effective August 5, 2026, and its shares (BCG) have been subject to mandatory delisting from the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE).
