Banco Alimentare della Liguria celebrates 30 years in Genoa

The Banco Alimentare della Liguria is hosting an open day in Genoa on Saturday, September 12, to celebrate its 30th anniversary. The event, held at its headquarters in via Morasso 12, aims to showcase the organization's work in combating food waste and poverty.

The program includes guided tours, an exhibition detailing the association's history, and the presentation of the book ‘Piccoli gesti che cambiano il cuore. 30 anni di Colletta Alimentare’. The celebration also marks three decades of the National Food Collection (Colletta Alimentare). The event will feature testimonies from historical suppliers and local partner organizations, concluding with live music and an aperitivo to thank volunteers and donors.
