Banco Atlas and Grupo ICE release 2025 sustainability reports

Banco Atlas and Grupo ICE have released their respective 2025 Sustainability Reports, detailing their economic, social, and environmental performance under Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards.

In Paraguay, Banco Atlas reported reaching 228,801 clients by the end of 2025. The bank emphasized digital growth, professional development for employees, and community initiatives, including a partnership with Techo Paraguay to provide housing solutions. The institution was also recognized as a ‘Great Place to Work’ for the third consecutive year.

In Costa Rica, Grupo ICE reported a 64% increase in its operating surplus, reaching ₡301,748 million compared to the previous year. The group highlighted technological advancements, including the operation of 200 5G radio bases and the connection of over 3,500 educational centers via satellite and fiber optic internet. Additionally, the National Electric System achieved a 98.66% renewable energy generation rate.
