Banco BV launches pet health plans in partnership with APet

Banco BV has partnered with APet to offer digital health and veterinary assistance plans for dogs and cats in Brazil. The initiative aims to expand the bank's service portfolio beyond traditional financial operations to include lifestyle and pet care solutions.

Three subscription tiers are available: Basic (R$ 25.20/month), Intermediate (R$ 52.00/month), and Premium (R$ 99.90/month). All plans include veterinary consultations, outpatient care, laboratory and imaging exams, pet transportation, and funeral assistance. The Intermediate and Premium tiers further provide coverage for surgeries and hospitalizations.

Under the new model, pet owners can choose their preferred veterinary clinic and request reimbursement for expenses within the established coverage limits. The Premium plan also includes specialist consultations and an annual vaccination application.
