Banco Ciudad and AABE to hold property auctions in October 2026

Banco Ciudad and the Agencia de Administración de Bienes del Estado (AABE) will conduct a series of public real estate auctions throughout October 2026. The properties are located in various neighborhoods within the city of Buenos Aires and in several provinces across Argentina.

Base prices for the Banco Ciudad auctions range from US$14,000 to US$435,000. Interested participants must register via the bank's auction website at least 48 business hours before the scheduled auction and complete the required security deposit transfer.

Specific upcoming auctions include a two-room apartment in Palermo with a base price of US$51,590 scheduled for October 30, and a three-room apartment in Recoleta with a base price of US$97,150, also set for October 30. Additionally, a two-room unit in Caballito will be auctioned on October 9 with a base price of approximately US$61,631.
