Banco Ciudad announces real estate auctions in Buenos Aires

Banco Ciudad has announced a series of public real estate auctions scheduled for September 18, featuring properties with vacant inheritances located across various neighborhoods in Buenos Aires, including Palermo, Monte Castro, La Boca, Retiro, Recoleta, and Balvanera.

The auction includes a diverse range of assets such as apartments, single-family homes with commercial spaces, and urban land with existing constructions. Base prices for these properties range from US$32,160 for a two-room apartment in La Boca to US$383,258 for a construction in Palermo.

These auctions are conducted on behalf of the Procuración General de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, and the proceeds are legally designated for the Ciudad de Buenos Aires Permanent Educational Fund. Interested participants must register through the bank's digital auction platform at least 48 business hours before the start of the event.
