Regarding social program benefits, the institution clarified that the replacement of expiring Banco del Bienestar cards is an automatic process. Beneficiaries do not need to visit a branch or initiate a formal request. The system identifies cards nearing expiration and generates new ones. Once the new card is ready, staff will contact the beneficiary to coordinate pickup. Users are advised to remain attentive to official phone calls and can continue using their current cards until the new ones arrive.
