Banco Nación allocates full quota from first FGS tender
Banco Nación has successfully placed the entirety of the 32 billion pesos it obtained in the first tender of the ANSES Sustainability Guarantee Fund (FGS). These funds are designated for UVA-indexed fixed-term deposits to finance mortgage loans.
Out of a total of 200 billion pesos adjudicated in the first tender, Banco Nación secured 16%. This initial phase resulted in more than 210 first-home loans, with an average amount of 147 million pesos. The operations were carried out in the City of Buenos Aires and the provinces of Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Santa Fe, Mendoza, Salta, Chubut, and Entre Ríos.
In the program's second tender, the bank received an additional 40 billion pesos, bringing the total FGS funding for the +Hogares program to 72 billion pesos. To date, Banco Nación has issued 36,000 mortgage loans totaling 4 trillion pesos under the +Hogares framework.
