Banco Provincia lifts July discount caps on Cuenta DNI promotions

Banco Provincia announced that its free digital wallet, Cuenta DNI, will increase the weekly reimbursement limits for two popular discounts in July 2026. The gastronomy promotion now caps refunds at $10,000 per week (up from $8,000) with a 25 % discount, and the YPF Full offer for weekend meals also rises to a $10,000 weekly cap. All other existing discounts remain unchanged, including 20 % off at nearby shops (up to $6,000 weekly), 40 % off at fairs and markets (up to $6,000 weekly), 40 % off fuel‑tank purchases (up to $18,000 monthly), and 30 % off selected brands (up to $15,000 monthly). Special winter‑vacation promotions will cover events such as the Feria del Libro Infantil y Juvenil, and a new mobility benefit has been added. The changes were presented by the provincial government of Axel Kicillof and target the more than 10 million Cuenta DNI users in Buenos Aires Province.

The updated scheme also offers up to three interest‑free installments for purchases made with linked credit cards at non‑food merchants, reinforcing the program’s aim to support everyday consumption during the winter holidays.
