Banco Provincia's Cuenta DNI offers 40% discount on gas bottles in Argentina

Banco Provincia relaunched its virtual wallet, Cuenta DNI, with a winter‑time promotion that gives users a 40 % discount on the purchase of gas bottles (garrafas). The rebate is capped at AR$18,000 per month and is triggered after spending AR$45,000 on eligible purchases. The promotion runs daily at participating merchants.

The update also raised weekly caps on other discounts: 20 % off at neighbourhood shops, 40 % off at markets, universities and clubs, and 25 % off at YPF‑affiliated restaurants on weekends. Bookstores and pharmacies receive a 10 % discount with no rebate limit. Weekly limits for most categories are AR$6,000, while brand‑specific offers have a monthly cap of AR$15,000. A user who combines all promotions could save more than AR$170,000 in a month.
