Banco Santa Fe launches mortgage loans for Rosario residential project

Banco Santa Fe has introduced a specific mortgage credit line for the purchase of apartments in Miradores del Sur, a new residential development located at the former Batallón 121 site in Rosario. The project is being driven by DISUR, a company composed of Corporación América, Grupo Petersen, and Grupo PECAM.

The financing offer features a rate of UVA + 4.20% nominal annual rate (TNA). The bank can finance up to 75% of the property's appraised value with a maximum repayment term of 20 years. Because the loans are adjusted by the UVA (Unidad de Valor Adquisitivo), the installment amounts will fluctuate according to the evolution of this unit of value.

This initiative aims to provide long-term financing for new housing in a context of increasing interest in mortgage credit options. The Miradores del Sur project includes the construction of residential towers, apartments, and commercial spaces, marking the beginning of a new urban development pole in the region.
