Banco Santander Brasil announces R$ 1.5 billion dividend payout

Banco Santander Brasil has announced the distribution of R$ 1.5 billion in interest on equity (JCP), which is expected to result in a net distribution of R$ 1.237 billion to shareholders after income tax withholding. The gross amount per share is approximately R$ 0.1909 for ordinary shares, R$ 0.2100 for preferred shares, and R$ 0.4010 for Units.

Shareholders of record at the close of trading on October 20, 2026, will be entitled to the payment. The shares will trade ex-JCP starting October 21, 2026, with payments scheduled to begin on November 9, 2026. This distribution will be applied to the mandatory dividends for the 2026 fiscal year.

In related financial reporting, the bank's quarterly dividend was noted at $0.0804 per share, representing an annualized dividend of $0.32 and a yield of 5.6%.
