Banco Santander launches 110,000 free online courses in AI and languages

Banco Santander has launched several educational initiatives to provide free online training across various disciplines. Through the Santander | Skills for Work program in partnership with Coursera, the bank has opened 100,000 spots for courses covering artificial intelligence, data analysis, leadership, marketing, and innovation. This initiative is available to individuals over 18 in 12 selected countries, including Brazil and Colombia, and does not require bank membership or a university degree.

Additionally, the Santander Fala Mundo program is offering 10,000 free spots for language courses in English, Spanish, and French. This program, conducted in partnership with Immerse, utilizes artificial intelligence and virtual reality to create interactive learning experiences. The language courses are designed for participants aged 16 and older, ranging from basic to advanced levels, and use AI to personalize learning paths and facilitate conversational practice.
