Banco Serfinanza issues 150 billion pesos in bonds

Banco Serfinanza has successfully completed the adjudication of 150,000 million pesos in ordinary bonds through the Colombia Stock Exchange (bvc). The public auction, conducted via a Dutch auction mechanism, saw a total demand of 179,173 million pesos, representing 1.19 times the amount offered.

The issuance was divided into two series: Series A3, a fixed-rate three-year bond totaling 99,200 million pesos with a 13.98% annual effective cut-off rate, and Series D5, a five-year variable-rate bond indexed to the IBR totaling 50,800 million pesos with a 2.60% nominal monthly margin.

This marks the bank's first return to the capital markets since 2021. The funds raised are intended to substitute financial liabilities and support the sustainable expansion of the institution's credit portfolio for individuals and companies. The bonds carry a AAA rating from S&P National Ratings.
