Bancolombia launches new commercial advisor and technical trainee job openings in Colombia

Bancolombia announced a vacancy for a Commercial Mobile Advisor at its Puerto Gaitán branch. The role involves advising clients on financial and non‑financial solutions, digital adoption and transaction services. Candidates must have at least six months of commercial experience in the financial sector and a technical, technological or professional degree. The contract is for six months, with a salary of 14.12 legal salaries plus 4.28 extralegal salaries, variable pay, paid vacation and other benefits.

The bank also opened a Technical Apprenticeship program in partnership with Politécnico Pío. The program combines six months of virtual study in customer‑service and call‑center skills with six months of on‑site practice in a Bancolombia branch or commercial area. It is open to recent high‑school graduates from numerous Colombian cities. Apprentices receive a remunerated contract, earning 75 % of the minimum legal wage while studying and 100 % during the practical phase, for a total contract length of one year.
