In Bolivia, BancoSol was awarded the ‘Palmera Dorada por Innovación’ at Expocruz 2026. The award highlights the entity's integration of technology and entertainment to enhance financial accessibility. A key component of their presentation was ‘altoke’, a digital platform designed to simplify mobile payments and collections through interactive user experiences.

In Spain, Unicaja was named the best bank in digital transformation by Global Finance as part of the World’s Best Consumer Digital Bank Awards for Western Europe. The bank's strategic plan includes the deployment of ‘Unicaja Key’ for authentication, digital savings tools, and ‘Nica’, a virtual assistant powered by generative artificial intelligence. These initiatives have contributed to a 30-point increase in the bank's digital Net Promoter Score during the first half of 2026.
