Bandai Namco announces Gundam Rogue Orbit launch date

Bandai Namco Entertainment America has announced that the new action game ‘Gundam Rogue Orbit’ will launch on March 5, 2027. The title will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.

Set in a new universe 100 years after the events of ‘RG XARX-ZERO’, the story takes place in the year After Apocalypse 135 (A.A.). Players take on the role of RE-X, a pilot controlling the Gundam Helix to fight against an alien force known as the Apocalypse. The gameplay features fast-paced combat with movement between ground and air, allowing players to combine various weapon skills and customize their Mobile Suits with different parts, weapons, and colors.

The game is part of the ‘RG Project’, a new multimedia initiative by Bandai Namco Filmworks that also includes the anime series ‘Mobile Suit Gundam RG XARX-ZERO’. Pre-orders are currently open for several versions, including Standard, Launch, Deluxe, and Collector’s Editions.
