Bandai Namco rolls out Idolmaster TOURS Second Stage arcade update on Aug 6, 2026

Bandai Namco Experience announced a major update to its arcade rhythm game Idolmaster TOURS. The new series, titled "Second Stage," will begin operating in Japanese game centers on 6 August 2026. The update adds a "Tour mode" that lets players guide their idol and producer through a nationwide tour, starting in the Kanto region and visiting each prefecture.

Second Stage also introduces the franchise’s first original song, "→→→SP (Migi Migi Migi Special)," alongside the classic "GO MY WAY!!". New high‑rarity "UR" costume cards for idols such as Tenkaichi Haruka and Tsukimura Temari are included, together with over 90 new illustrated cards. Promotional campaigns will reward players who use Bandai Namco Passport IC cards with exclusive SSR cards and signed memorabilia.
