Bandai releases EVA POCKET accessories and Dragon Ball DUAL BURST gacha toys in Japan

Bandai announced two new gashapon product lines slated for release in Japan in July.

The EVA POCKET "Mejiroshi" accessories will be available from the second week of July. The capsule toys feature de‑stylized figures of the five main Evangelion characters – Shinji, Rei, Asuka, Mari and Kaworu – each about 3 cm tall and equipped with a metal loop and silicone band for attaching to various items. Each capsule is priced at 400 yen (tax included) and the series is a re‑issue of a product first launched in February 2026.

The Dragon Ball DUAL BURST line will also launch in July as a gashapon series. It includes four figures designed to be displayed in pairs to recreate iconic battles: Super Saiyan Goku vs. Frieza (Fourth Form) from the Namek saga, and Super Saiyan Gohan vs. Perfect Cell from the Cell Games. Each capsule costs 500 yen (tax included). Both lines are marketed through Bandai’s official channels and retail partners.
