Bandai rolls out new Pokemon and Baki capsule gashapon lines in Japan

Bandai announced it will start selling a new gashapon product called “Pokemon Capsule Water Dome” in the third week of July. The capsule‑less, water‑filled dome measures about 7 cm and comes in six seasonal illustrations – full‑bloom flowers, rain shelter, moon‑viewing, flower‑field chase, autumn foliage and sun‑filtered light. Each costs ¥400 (incl. tax).

At the same time the company will launch the “Baki Suwarase Tai!!” series, also in the third week of July, featuring four figures – Yujiro Hanma, Baki with an “air chabudai”, Rekka and Shigekawa Goki – priced ¥500 each. Collecting Yujiro and Baki enables fans to recreate the manga’s “air night‑meal” scene. Both products are sold in Japan through gashapon vending machines.
