Bandar film to stream on ZEE5 starting August 28

The film ‘Bandar’, directed by Anurag Kashyap and starring Bobby Deol, is scheduled to begin its digital streaming journey on ZEE5 on August 28.

The film follows the story of Samar, a television actor whose life is disrupted following a rape accusation. The narrative explores themes related to the ‘#MeTooForMen’ discourse, focusing on how public perception, media scrutiny, and social judgment impact an individual before the truth is established.

Bobby Deol described the role as a challenging project that pushed him out of his comfort zone. The cast also includes Sanya Malhotra, Sapna Pabbi, and Saba Azad.
