Banesco Banco Universal raises daily digital transaction limits in Venezuela

Banesco Banco Universal announced an increase in the daily limits for transactions conducted through its digital platforms, including BanescOnline, BanescoMóvil, PagoMóvil and SMS payments. The changes apply to both natural and juridical persons and are effective immediately without the need for additional paperwork.

For individual customers, the new caps are Bs 1,900,000 per day for PagoMóvil (including C2P), Bs 2,800,000 for inter‑bank transfers via the app or web, and Bs 80,000 for payments made by SMS. Corporate accounts can now transfer up to Bs 500,000,000 per day through BanescoMóvil, while their PagoMóvil limit is also Bs 1,900,000. These adjustments aim to facilitate larger digital operations for both personal and business users.
