Banfi winery to host exclusive wine dinner at InterContinental Yokohama Pier 8

InterContinental Yokohama Pier 8 will host a special wine dinner on October 16, 2026, featuring wines from the renowned Italian winery Banfi. The event will take place at the hotel’s Larboard restaurant.

Paolo Fassina, Banfi’s North Asia Area Manager, will attend to present the history and philosophy of the winery’s Brunello di Montalcino and other representative wines. The dinner will feature a five-course menu prepared by Executive Chef Yuho Hozumi, specifically designed to pair with Banfi selections, including Brunello di Montalcino Riserva and Moscadello di Montalcino.

Banfi is a prominent producer based in Montalcino, Tuscany, known for its large-scale high-quality production and innovative winemaking technologies. Reservations for the event, which is limited to 20 guests, opened on August 28, 2025.
