Bangkok hosts ASEAN Optics Expo and InfoComm Asia 2026 trade fairs

The ASEAN International Optics Expo 2026 will be held from 9 to 11 October 2026 at the IMPACT Exhibition Center in Bangkok, Thailand. The show, the largest optics exhibition in ASEAN, will cover more than 10,000 ㎡, feature over 200 exhibitors and 100 international brands, and target more than 6,000 visitor visits. Organisers offer buyer incentives such as free coffee vouchers, hotel accommodation and on‑site order rewards, and highlight the market gateway offered by Thailand under RCEP tariff benefits, including direct access to leading Chinese eyewear manufacturers.

InfoComm Asia 2026 took place at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok, attracting 6,638 attendees from 77 countries and representatives of about 3,800 commercial organisations across enterprise, government, education, healthcare and integrator sectors. Over half of the visitors held manager‑level or higher roles, with a significant portion in C‑suite positions, representing roughly $73 million in approved procurement budgets. The three‑day event showcased more than 20 product launches and hosted a summit education programme with 1,664 participants and 60 international speakers. The exhibition will move to Kuala Lumpur’s Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre for 2027, reflecting the region’s expanding digital economy.
