Bangladesh Parliament debates opposition roles in standing committees

A debate occurred in the Bangladesh Parliament between Opposition Leader Dr. Shafiqur Rahman and Home Minister Salahuddin Ahmed regarding the representation of the opposition in parliamentary standing committees.

He urged the opposition to join the parliamentary committee for constitutional amendments to ensure the full implementation of the July National Charter and the establishment of an upper house in Parliament.
