Bangladesh to host 2027 Asia Cup

The Asian Cricket Council has announced that Bangladesh will host the 2027 Asia Cup from June 18 to July 4, 2027. The tournament will return to the traditional 50-over One Day International (ODI) format.

Matches are scheduled to be held across three major cities: Dhaka, Sylhet, and Chattogram. The final is set to take place on July 4 at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur, Dhaka.

The tournament structure is expected to feature two groups, with the top two teams from each group advancing to a Super Four stage. High-profile competitors including India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan are expected to participate.
