Banglalink observes Ethics and Compliance Week 2026

Digital operator Banglalink observed ‘Ethics and Compliance Week 2026’ to reaffirm its commitment to integrity, transparency, and responsible business practices. Held under the theme ‘Ethics and Compliance Starts With Us’, the five-day event involved employees, business partners, and representatives from its parent company, Vion.

The program included quizzes, awareness meetings, discussions, and leadership roundtables focused on ethical decision-making, compliance culture, and psychological safety in the workplace. A dedicated session titled ‘Building Trusted and Responsible Partnerships’ was held for approximately 80 domestic and international business associates to discuss risk management and transparency.

Banglalink CEO Ioan Buse emphasized that long-term success depends not only on what is achieved but also on how it is achieved, pledging continued support for ethical decisions and freedom of expression. Gabriela Gutiegez, Vion’s Group Head of Ethics and Compliance, noted that ethics becomes part of business operations through leadership and empowering employees to speak up.
