Banijay Group and OSB Group PLC disclose share transactions

Banijay Group and OSB Group PLC have released disclosures regarding transactions involving their own shares conducted between September 7 and September 11, 2026.

Banijay Group reported a series of buy and sell transactions on Euronext Amsterdam. The company’s activity included multiple buy orders and several sell orders throughout the week, following an authorization granted during its annual shareholder meeting in May 2026.

OSB Group PLC announced a share buyback programme, having purchased a total of 441,941 ordinary shares through its broker, Jefferies International Limited. These transactions took place across the London Stock Exchange, CBOE BXE, CBOE CXE, and Aquis Exchange. The company stated that the repurchased shares are intended to be cancelled.
