Banja Luka agency offers free digital marketing and AI training

The Banja Luka City Development Agency is inviting small entrepreneurs to apply for a free training program titled ‘Digital Marketing, AI Tools, and Business Digitalization’. The program is designed to help small businesses increase market visibility, improve client communication, and streamline daily operations through modern digital tools.

The 18-hour course, spanning four days in September 2026, will cover topics including target group definition, social media promotion via Facebook and Instagram, and the use of Canva for content creation. Participants will also receive practical instruction on using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini for promotional content and business communication.

Additional training modules include Google Business profile optimization, online advertising basics, data security, and digital document exchange. The curriculum emphasizes practical application, allowing participants to create video materials and promotional content to implement immediately in their businesses.
