Bank Indonesia launches weekly money‑market yield curve report
Bank Indonesia (BI) began publishing a weekly yield‑curve report for the domestic money market, with the first release on 8 June 2026. The curve reflects a weighted‑average (RRT) of transaction prices and volumes for repurchase agreements (Repo) and Bank Indonesia Rupiah Securities (SRBI) in the secondary market, covering 1‑month Repo and 3‑, 6‑, and 12‑month SRBI tenors.
The data are released each Monday, or the first business day of the week, at 10:00 WIB on BI’s website. BI says the publication aims to improve price‑formation efficiency, boost secondary‑market liquidity, deepen the domestic financial market and strengthen the transmission of monetary policy. The initiative is part of the National Working Group on Benchmark Reform, which includes the Ministry of Finance, the Financial Services Authority and the Indonesia Money‑Market and Foreign‑Exchange Association. Sample figures show a 1‑month Repo RRT of 6.36 % (volume Rp 1.58 trillion) and SRBI rates of 6.62 % (3‑month, volume Rp 638.9 billion) and 7.24 % (12‑month, volume Rp 6.97 trillion).
